 Buying or Selling Property – This is similar to buying or selling a stock when considering an investment. By understanding the movements of the market you can determine the right time to sell a property.

1.  Political Events Any major event like national elections, budget announcement, president or the prime minister election can give good investment and confidence in the country.  Some other major market that is influenced by the political event includes forex  or foreign exchange markets. Confidence in the stock market rises and falls.  But this depends on the political policy and the fluctuation that affects different sectors.  Government policy which supports  first time buyers – home to buy policy.

The measure of the income is computed as the income value generated by people and companies with regards to wages and profits.

5.  Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) The economy’s big sectors like manufacturing and services have PMIs.  This signals prospect sector and can assist in deciding if this is the right time to invest. These indexes are produced by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in the United Kingdom.  These indexes can track variables like new orders, output, prices, and employment across the construction, manufacturing, services and retail sectors.

6.  Business Surveys The British Retail Consortium and Confederation of British Industry are business groups that produce polls showing the opinions of their members. These groups represent well-known employers and businesses in the United Kingdom.  They provide a useful indication of opinion, especially in the industry which sectors are spending their cash.

7.  Company Events The company’s success is linked with the success of the stock market, particularly in a specific market sector. So, before buying or selling a property, taken to consideration the movements of the market.
