Thames Valley Housing has announced the release of just 11 new homes in Winnersh near Reading. Chatsworth Gate is a development of contemporary and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments in the centre of the village, all available through the New Build HomeBuy part-buy, part-rent government-led initiative which helps people onto the property ladder.

The official launch of these new homes will be Saturday 26th June from 10am to 4pm at the nearby Thames Valley Housing development, Beaufort Grange on Ducketts Mead, off Shinfield Road. Potential purchasers can visit the show flat to discuss their requirements with the New Build HomeBuy team and register their interest.

Built by David Wilson Homes, all apartments will have contemporary fitted kitchens and bathrooms, with carpeted living areas and double glazing throughout. Each home will have their own allocated parking space. Selected ground floor apartments have patio areas and first and second floor apartments have juliette balconies to enjoy the outdoors during the upcoming summer months.

Prices at Chatsworth Gate start from £86,625 for a 45% share in a two-bedroom apartment priced at £192,500.

The new homes at Chatsworth Gate are available through the New Build HomeBuy part-buy, part-rent government-led initiative, aimed at helping first time buyers, and those looking for help to buy their own home, get on the property ladder. To apply for this scheme, purchasers need to have an annual household income of between £18,000 and £60,000. Priority will be given to those living in the Wokingham local authority.
