greenacres, a new development of 56 affordable apartments and houses at the Berkeley Homes flagship edenbrook development in Fleet, Hampshire, is being launched through Thames Valley Housing. These homes are available through the New Build HomeBuy part-buy, part-rent government-led initiative which helps people step onto the property ladder.
The official launch will be held on Saturday 18th September at the Hart Leisure Centre on Hitches Lane in Fleet, GU51 5HS. Representatives from the Thames Valley team will be there all day to answer any questions on greenacres and New Build HomeBuy.
